1.3. Use of the Website is tantamount to acceptance of these Regulations.

2.1. The Website is used to present information on the Company’s activity, logistics services provided and current sales offers for vehicles belonging to the Company.

2.2. The Site also has a section with job offers at Grupa RIKO Logistyka.

2.3. The Site does not allow users to create user accounts or publish their own content.

3.1. Grupa RIKO Logistyka provides comprehensive services in the field of transport and logistics, including:

a) Domestic and international road transport;

b) Forwarding;

c) Customs clearance.

4.1. The Site contains current job offers at Grupa RIKO Logistyka.

4.2. Persons interested in job offers may send their applications via e-mail address or contact form provided in the appropriate tab on the Website.

4.3. The Company reserves the right to contact only selected candidates.

5. Vehicle sales offers

5.1. The Website contains offers for the sale of vehicles belonging to the GRUPA RIKO LOGISTYKA.

5.2. Information about vehicles, including technical specifications and prices, is updated on an ongoing basis, however the Company reserves the right to change prices and specifications at any time without notice.

5.3. Photos and descriptions of vehicles are for illustrative purposes only. The Company makes every effort to ensure that they are consistent with reality, but is not responsible for any differences.
